We are looking for experienced candidates who will easily master following activities:
- Analysing and resolving customer queries and blocking payments
- Communicating with customers regarding their financial inquiries
- Managing customer accounts
Resolving overdue balances
- Analysing, recommending and implementing process improvements
- Collaborating with the global financial operations team, stakeholders and internal business partners in other world regions
- Preparing and collaborating on timely reporting through weekly metrics
Požiadavky
We would like to consider to consider your profile, if you meet these requirements:
- Fluent English and Italian language (B2)
- Experience in Account Receivables, Account Payable, Customer Care, or other customer facing department experience
