We are looking for candidates to join a German-speaking team in international stable company.

Your responsibilities on this position will be:
- First point of contact for customers
- E-mail and phone communication to support sales service provided to customers
- Investigation and resolving of various customers queries
- Delivery of a positive customer experience
- Advise and support customers to ensure their satisfaction

Požiadavky

Successful candidate should meet these requirements:

- Fluent in German language
- Communicational level of English
- Great communication skills
- Customers- orientation
- Experiences from similar area are a plus
